Order Policy: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not do refunds or exchanges unless the product was damaged by the sender. If a product is defective/damaged (torn lace leaking bottle, etc.) it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at byracquel@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Shipping Policy:

  • We only ship to billing addresses associated with the credit/debit card used for processing payment.

  • Any credit card fraud and theft of our products will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We can not process your order if your billing address is different from your shipping address. In some cases supporting documentation is accepted.

  • Orders will take 2-3 days to process

  • The standard shipping time on all wigs are 14-21 business days. No rush orders will be accepted

PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to the buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We do not control the shipping carriers.
